In 1990, Mr Prakash Bansal formed   Bansal fabwel Industries  in 80000  square ft land -22000 sq.  ft. build in facility in Jhansi. The company quickly began to grow and expanded  product range of  Transformer Bodies, Power Tanks, AC Loco shells, Diesel and Ac Loco Bodies and other related Fabricated parts.
